First tip-eligible Hub to reach 1,000 followers will receive a $100 tip from GatherBump through their linked CashApp ✌️ Go press that invite button from your Hub! When new members sign up, they will automatically be following your Hub from the link that you shared. I recommend sharing the link outside of GatherBump, such as to Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc. Or wherever you already have more friends or followers, since GatherBump is still in its early stage. Adding a little text might help persuade them to join: “Come follow my Hub on GatherBump! It’s a new social media platform without algorithms.”

Well, I accidentally turned my ginger bug into vinegar. 😂 If you don’t know what a ginger bug is, it’s a wild fermentation starter made with ginger, sugar & water. This starter is used to make a kind of carbonated drink, kinda like pop, only healthier. I had ignored my ginger bug a little longer than I should’ve & noticed the bubbles had ceased & things were projecting that vinegar smell. So, while my intention was to keep an active ginger bug, I now have vinegar instead lol. On the bright side, I’ll still use this because it does still contain ginger, which is known for antioxidant and anti inflammatory activity. And it’s potential to help with nausea & digestive upset. And of course, the vinegar part too… Some research suggests it may help moderate the blood glucose response after eating. I’ve been thinking about making a tasty salad dressing with mine! I’ll bet I could make a tasty meat marinade as well! Ever make your own vinegar before?

My studio has a side piece. Actually, three. The canvas knows. The rocks know. The half-finished crow painting is giving me the silent treatment.

Crook brings the drama. Carmella brings the crunch. Every power couple has a division of labor. He hoards, she cracks. Wait for the close-up, it's oddly satisfying. #crows #corvid #powercouple #snacktime #birdfeeder
