Hi! 👋🏻 We've gained some newcomers ((thankfully!)) here so I wanted to take a moment to introduce us! Im Samantha, my husband Wesley & I own a small 5 acre trying-it's-hardest homestead. 😜 Im currently accepting a position back into banking for my other full time job & he's remained there since we both started 11 years ago. 🏦 We raise pork annually not only for us but for friends, families, & customers locally. 🐖🥓 We hope to one day ship but costs don't allow us that option currently. 🐴🫏Alongside hog farming we have an equine trio of 1 miniature mare, 1 miniature jenny, & 1 miniature gelding we use for birthday parties, church events, & parades. I hope to raise meat birds but until Im able, I do have fresh eggs from my 4 beautiful laying hens. 🍳🐣If dreams really do come true, Ill have cattle one day.🐄 🤞🏻🥰 Bees will be the newest addition the farm.🐝 ((Ive already collected the honey but haven't yet moved them to my property.)) & one of my biggest passions is hunting, deer is my favorite. 🖤🦌 There's nothin to me, more fulfilling, than being able to live off the land. 🫶🏻 Inside we have 3 cats & 3 dogs who love getting pork scraps & bread bites when Im in the kitchen. 😜 Welcome!
