No one told me this the first year I planted garlic! I noticed little green stems submerging through the soil & thought, oh great, I messed up the garlic lol But, they’ll be alright. Garlic is cold hardy & even if the cold hurts those little green tips, they’ll bounce back in the spring! Are you growing garlic this year? Has yours popped up yet?
